FearRP : FearRP is when you are afraid to die in battle, example - You wouldn't rambo into battle by yourself against a thousand covenant

Why I want Staff : I want to be staff as i feel like i can strengthen the staff team a whole lot, i have a lot of experience with ULX and i have been staff on a couple of servers before. I also want to help the staff team be more responsive and help out everyone when needed. I also love the server and when there is no one on it i feel a bit sad, and i think it might be sometimes there is no staff on at the time so no one wants to join, I am on the server everyday and I am always on of the first on it, I feel a lot of the staff are not on till later in the day and since I am on as early as possible i feel that I can support the server before all the staff get on. The server has also on been put up recently so there will hopefully be a lot of players on at a time and there might be a lot of help needed so while the SAs+ are planning events and busy there could be 5 admin calls every few minutes so i want to be a MOD so that I can save the time of who ever is planning events etc, I also don't waste time in sits so that will be more people's problems solved in a shorter amount of time. I also want to make new players feel welcomed to the server and not just straight away getting killed 100 times for leaving spawn because they didn't see the sign, I am also a very kind and welcoming person, I don't just get instantly aggressive if someone annoys me I like giving people chances (Unless they Mass RDM or troll etc) as one of the recruit yesterday was getting mass murdered by everyone i decided to step in and tell everyone to back off him and i ended up getting him trained and he ended up enjoying playing after that. I am also not making this app just to get staff and feel good about MYself i want to get staff to make other people enjoy them self and enjoy the server just as much as I do, I always try to help out the servers that i play on as well and give them something back like job ideas, ways to improve the rp experience... I have also made events as just a user for servers and the some of the events have gone on to be some people's favorite event and that alone makes me feel happy knowing that i can make someone truly love a server.
Staff Abuse : If i saw staff abusing i would take screenshots straight away and send them to one of the owners or co-owners to show the abuse, i wouldn't want to do anything my self in case it worsens the situation
Standing Out : I feel i stand out because i have truly thought about these answers and not just rushed in to finish it and hope for the best
