Why do you want to be commander for this regiment?
As a 2nd commadner I have shown skills and done most of the inacvite commanders job, the commander has been demoted bc of inactivity and i felt like i would fit the role
How active are you?
I play nearly everyday
Experience?
Yes as I said i'm a 2nd Co and do msot of the comamnders job
Three formations?
I can tell you vechicle and normal formations: Speed Formations which are 2 speeders infront of a tank, Slow formations which are 2 speeders behind tank, defence formation which are 2 speeders next to a tank.
Box Formation often used for Protecting prisoners or vip, same with diamond, column is used for marching or getting orders.
Communication skills 1-10?

Do you have a microphone?
Yes but its currently broken getting a new one after christmas.
How many hours have you got on the server? Maybe im close to 24 or more then that.
